Description
This is a research study to determine parent/guardian satisfaction with care. The research compares different models of care at school-based clinics. This includes in-person visits and telemedicine visits. We invite you to take part in this study because you are the parent/guardian of a pediatric patient at a participating site.
This study requires

This study involves the completion of a short survey. This takes no more than 5 minutes to complete. You will then return the survey to UC Davis Children’s Hospital using a pre-paid postage envelope.

Who can participate

Inclusion criteria:

  • Participants will include children with special health care needs enrolled in the CCS Medical Therapy Program receiving care at one of the participating sites during the study period.

Exclusion criteria:

  • Children with special health care needs not enrolled in the CCS Medical Therapy Program.
Benefits and risks of participating
Benefits:

There is not a direct benefit to participants for taking part in this study.

Risks:

The risk of breach of confidentiality is minimized by de-identifying records and by not collecting any identifying information on the surveys.
Compensation
You will not receive compensation for taking part in this research study.
