What will we ask you to do? First, we will ask you to consent to participate in the study and to share your data with us. This is completed on a computer.
If you decide to join All of Us Research Program, we will gather data about you. We will gather some of the data from you directly. We will gather some of the data from your electronic health records.
We will ask you to answer questions on the computer. We will ask you for data like your name, date of birth, and contact information. We will also ask questions about your health, family, home, and work.
We will ask you to come to UC Davis Medical Center for a visit so that we can measure you. Measurements may include height, weight, blood pressure, and heart rate. We will ask you to give a blood and urine sample after we take your physical measurements.
We will ask you to allow us to access your health records.
Will we ask you to do anything else? We may also ask you to answer other questions periodically on the computer.
Anyone 18 years or older is welcome to participate in the All of Us Research Program.
Those who are not eligible to join at this time include people who are in prison, unable to consent on their own, and younger than 18. In the future, we hope to enroll these populations.
