Description
This research study aims to evaluate if an investigational cream is safe and effective when directly applied to the skin, in adults with papulopustular rosacea, a type of rosacea marked by redness and acne‚Äźlike bumps.

Rosacea is a skin condition that causes redness and often small, red bumps, and small visible blood vessels on the face. Rosacea most commonly affects middle-aged women with fair skin. It can be mistaken for acne or other skin conditions.

This study is conducted at the Center For Dermatology. Board Certified Dermatologists evaluate and care for all research participants. You will receive all study medication, or placebo and study evaluations at no cost, and compensation for your time may be available.

If you decide to be in this study, your participation will last about 12 weeks and will include six clinic visits during the study period.

Who can participate
  • Have rosacea with bumps (minimum total of 15 inflammatory bumps/pimples)

  • Men and women 18 years and older

To fully determine if you are eligible to participate in this study, the study team will need to verify additional criteria by phone and in-person at the clinic.

Compensation
You will get a total of up to $300.00 if you finish the whole study. If you do not finish the whole study, you will get $50.00 for each study visit you finish.
