In this study we want to see if eating almonds will change wrinkles on your face, affect the oils that your face produces and cause changes to your gut microbiome.
This study requires
  • Up to eight (8) study visits over the course of six (6) months.
  • All study participants will be randomly selected to be in the almond group or snack group.
  • Study participants will be asked to eat either almonds or a snack every day for 24 weeks.
  • Participants cannot use certain products and eat certain foods during the study.
Who can participate

Those who MAY be able to participate:

  • Postmenopausal women
  • Fitzpatrick skin types 1 and 2
  • Those willing and able to follow the study intervention
  • Those can attend study visits
