Consume mangoes 4 times a week for 16 weeks. 1 screening visit and 5 study visits (once every 4 weeks). Provide facial photographs, face sebum, skin carotenoid measurement, blood and stool samples.
Postmenopausal women, 50 - 70 years of age. Fitzpatrick skin type 1, 2, and 3. BMI 18.5 - 35 kg/m2.
No allergy to mangoes.
