The purpose of this study is to better understand the benefits and barriers to telehealth use for people with type 1 diabetes (T1D) in the U.S. during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This study requires

Study participants will complete a 5-10 minute survey online. The survey will ask about your experience with and opinions on use of video visits for diabetes care. You do not need to have experience with video visits to participate.

Who can participate

If you are an adult with T1D or an adult caretaker for someone with T1D and live in the United States you are invited to take our survey.

Benefits and risks of participating
BENEFITS: We cannot promise any benefits to you as a result of taking part in this study.

RISKS: As with all research, there is a chance that the confidentiality of information you provide could be compromised. The survey will not request information that identifies you as an individual, such as your name or birth date or contact information. Your responses will be stored in a password-protected database, and could be accessed in future by the investigator for additional research.
You will not be paid to take part in this research study.
Study duration and period
You will need about 5-10 minutes to complete the survey online.
